Reservation Information:
· Check-in: 3-6pm unless prior arrangements are made
· Check-out: 11 am
· Rates subject to state and local taxes and to change
· Reservations held with credit cards or check.
· Wheelchair accessible suites
· No pets allowed
· Smoking outside only
· Cancellation notice required-see cancellation policy
below
· We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master card, Discover,
American Express, and Debit Cards.
· Gift certificates available.
· Reservations held with credit cards: Two weeks prior
to your arrival date, we do charge a 50% deposit on the credit
card that you are holding the suite with.
Our Cancellation
Policy:
15 days or More notice: No
Cancellation Fee
14 to 8 days cancellation:
You lose your 50% deposit, unless we can fill your suite for
the days you have reserved.
7 days or less: The total
cost of your stay is charged, unless we can fill your suite for
the days you have reserved.
At Sojourner's Lodge we do
our best to understand if you need to cancel your reservation,
therefore if you cancel your reservation and we are able to fill
your suite, then we do not charge you a penalty, except for 10%
of your deposit amount with a $10.00 minimum.
